Thank you all for your business during the past 16 years.

We only have four (4) KITS left.  Everything you’ll need is included in the KIT, including the 45-degree cutter, 90-degree arms, the 45-degree countersink, drill bit and two hex keys, all packed in a plastic padded case.

We have also listed some Frequently Asked Questions and have been posting some articles on our blog.

Our E-Z Log Tenon Cutters are adjustable to cut 1″ up to 3″ diameter tenons.  Just slide the cutting arms to fit the mortise bit you want to use.  Fits any 1/2″ drill.  Please watch one of the videos to see how it works, or look through the Product Manual for complete specifications.

Why spend big bucks on specific sized pencil-sharpener type tenon cutters when you can just purchase one of our cutters and simply adjust the size of the tenon you want to cut?  Besides that, our cutter has a pilot hole guide to ensure that your tenons come out straight and smooth.

I  have used several of the pencil-sharpener type cutters,  and still do for itty bitty tenons for smaller projects.  One of the problems I have with them is holding the drill and bit at a steady angle throughout the cut.  If I don’t, I usually get some gouges in the tenon.   Also, because the cutting blades are curved, they are a little difficult to sharpen, and very expensive to replace.

We have also provided free plans to build a ratchet clamp to secure your logs while you are drilling the pilot hole and cutting the tenon, and a center finder plan to help find the center of the log.  You can view or download those free plans here

Grab a log, and strap it down. Drill a pilot hole  at the end of the log to guide the cutter. (drill bit is included).  Insert the guide bar into the  pilot hole.  Turn on drill.  Cut tenon.   Repeat as necessary!
